I see your point, but the same would be true for the version in Spanish then (vestido is only one of his/her tasks). The thing is that I have the description for all of them and sanitation appears in the job description of all workers in the same way it does for this worker. I think I will provide some options to the client and let him choose! Thanks!!

Do you have job descriptions for all of them? What proportion of their responsibilities is sanitation? The thing is that apart from checking the list (last item), this operario de vestido is entirely concerned with sanitation. Is there any other operator for whom this is true? You would obviously expect that all of them are responsible for doing what they do in a way that conforms to sanitary conditions, but if what they do is basically something else, you wouldn't call them sanitation operators, just as you wouldn't call the operario de vestido a "lisk-checking operator" just because the last of his duties is checking the list. It's a question of emphasis.

The thing is that all the operators I mentioned are responsible for sanitation
