This is supposed to be a type of fish. Not a dish, but a living animal caught for food. Document may have been written in Colombia, but even that is not certain. Any idea what they mean?

hay una "Lista de peces dulceacuícolas colombianos con algún riesgo a la extinción". Entre ellos está el pataló, jetudo o besote, que es un tipo de besugo (Ichthyoelephas longirostris).
Los "ichthyoelephas" aparecen en http://www.nic.funet.fi/pub/sci/bio/life/////warp/fish-4-Eng... en inglés como:
- humeralis (Ortega & Vari, 1986)
- longirostris (Fowler)
- patalo (Posada, 1909 )
