Il s'agit d'un document écrit par Talleyrand à Napoléon, de La Corogne en 1810. Talleyrand tente de convaincre Napoléon de restituer les États pontificaux à l'Eglise.

Contexte:

je pense qu'il s'agit de Gonthier, archeveque de Cologne et frere de Valdrade avec laquelle vivait Lotaire apres avoir chassé de sa cour Theutberge [Thieberga]
