Il y a le conducteur et le ou les passager(s). Évidemment, si l'espagnol fait allusion au conducteur, il faudra traduire cet "ocupante" non pas par "occupant", mais par conducteur.

neutral  María Belanche García: C'est ce que je pensais aussi (d'où ma réponse retirée), mais il semble qu'en espagnol, comme en français, on fait la même distinction "ocupante"/"pasajero"/"conductor".
