Necesito ayuda para la siguiente traducción, se trata de un párrafo de las condiciones generales para contratos de servicios de una empresa.

"En la liquidación se incluirán también, en su caso, las indemnizaciones a que tenga derecho el Contratista y se descontarán asimismo las penalizaciones **a que se hubiese hecho acreedor**".

Que significa "a que se hubiese hecho acreedor"

Mi intento = La liquidation inclura .... et déduira les pénalités encourues par le Prestataire"
