Spanish term or phrase: Ante mí, XXXXX, Notario de Madrid, Capital de su Ilus
Hello,

I need to translate this sentece into French. It is part of a will written by a notary. I found that "Ilustre colegio" means "Ordre des Notaires" but I cannot really express it in a sentence, and I don't find the meaning of "capital". Is it the capital city of Madrid, or does it mean something else in law ?
Thank you for your help
