Explanation:
Je pense qu'il s'agit des "tunnels sur pied" qui donnent accès aux avions à partir du satellite de départ ou d'arrivée de la compagnie aérienne.

Je crois que le mot est d'origine sud américaine (tout du moins d'après mon Larousse).
