Spanish term or phrase: a piezas menos comerciales
Hier geht es um eine Firma, die mit Bio-Produkten den Markt erobern will. Eigentlich hänge ich mit dem ganzen Satz, den der Firmenchef hier spricht: "para darle salida a toda la materia prima ecológica, a piezas menos comerciales”.

Ich finde einfach irgendwie nicht die passende deutsche Formulierung, dabei ist das sicher total einfach. Aber ich bin schon ziemlich müde und bräuchte einen guten Tipp.

xxx, propietario y gerente de la empresa, comenzó como elaborador ecológico en 2002, “para darle salida a toda la materia prima ecológica, a piezas menos comerciales”. La elaboración de hamburguesas, albóndigas y croquetas se inicia por esta razón.
