Pilaw Explanation: oder Pilawreis, Pilaw-Reis Ich glaube, den Reis kann man weglassen, was Pilaw ist, dürfte dem deutschen Esser eigentlich beannt sein. "Timbal" bezieht sich lediglich auf die Form, in der der Reis angerichtet ist, wie das gleichnamige Musikinstrument eben, eine Art Zylinder. Würde ich auch weglassen (Pilaw-Krone vielleicht). Wenn du bei Google-Bilder "timbal" eingibst, kriegst du neben dem Musikinstrument ein paar schöne kulinarische Beispiele. Mahlzeit! |
