ich würde die spanische Bezeichnungl beibehalten, höchstens mit Erläuterung. Es gibt hier in Deutschland nur solche Paprika importiert. Sie werden dann Spitzpaprika genannt. Aber als spanisches Gericht würde ich es auf spanisch lassen

agree  Irene Schlotter, Dipl.-Übers.: Es fehlt nur noch der Zusatz 'gehäutet', die Dinger werden nämlich in der Regel gehäutet. Lecker! Es muss übrigens 'mit Meeresfrüchte*n*' heißen.
