Rührei mit Glasgrundel Explanation: Para ser sincero: nunca he oído este nombre, pero he encontrado unos aciertos en Google, tambíen en el conmtexto de u menú. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 9 Stunden (2008-05-03 13:52:50 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- La traducción "Sprotte" que he encontrado en otro diccionario no coincide con el nombre latino del chanquete (Aphia minuta). Y pertenece a los "Speisefische" como ves en la frase siguiente: "Der Reisende kann bei seinem Aufenthalt auf den Balearischen Inseln Gerichte probieren wie Fischsuppe (ein traditioneller balearischer Fisch ist der 'chanquete jonquillo' oder Glasgrundel)..."
