mote de trigo: Es el grano cocido, descortezado con lejía alcalina, mojado y lavado con agua potable para liberarlo del álcali

"trigo mote" ist das Ausgangsprodukt- geschält und getrocknet. Der Weizen wird eingeweicht und gekocht, wodurch "mote de trigo" entsteht- gekochter Weizen.

"Weizenbrei" würde ich ausschließen, da es sich bei Brei um ein Gericht aus geschrotetem oder gemahlenem Getreide und bei "trigo mote" um ganze Getreidekörener handelt.
