Gastrobar ist ein spanisches Konzept. Hier wird Autorenküche in Form von Tapas serviert, etwas, was es in deutschsprachigen Ländern sowieso nicht gibt. Deshalb würde ich den Begriff nicht übersetzen. Auf Deutsch gibt es über 43.000 Eintragungen mit den Stichwort Gastrobar oder Gastro-Bar in Google, wobei es sich manchmal allerdings um automatische Übersetzungen handelt.
