siehe unten Explanation: Normalerweise bedeutet es "roh". Da es aber groß geschrieben wird, dürfte es sich um Folgendes handeln. Piña "Cru": Hacemos un almíbar con el ron y el azúcar, dejamos que se enfrié. Limpiamos la mitad de la piña y cortamos cilindros con el descorazonador de manzanas. Envasamos al vació con el almíbar y dejamos en la nevera al menos 1/2 día. De esta forma el almíbar penetra en la piña y al quitar el vació se queda dentro. Si no tienes maquina de vació ni algún carnicero amigo que te lo haga, puedes poner la piña en un tuper y cubrirla con el almíbar. |
