agree  Thomas Pfann: Nur der Link passt nicht dazu (da geht es nämlich um eine Suppe) – evtl. auch „Bauernpastete“, um Verwechslungen mit einer Suppe zu vermeiden (obwohl „Terrine“ natürlich der richtige Begriff ist).

  -> Danke Thomas! Richtig, die Suppe passt nicht (event. wg. des Gefäßes), aber das "Gärtnerin-Art" wäre vielleicht eine Option.
