Cuando el magma se solidifica en la superficie terrestre da lugar a las rocas volcánicas. Generalmente, la ascensión del magma se realiza a través de las fisuras o las chimeneas de los volcanes, y después se esparce por la superficie en forma de lava. No obstante, en algunas ocasiones el magma sale expulsado al aire antes de derramarse por el suelo. Este tipo de rocas se llaman turba o rocas efusivas.

Da 'turba' auch 'Torf' bedeutet, habe ich mir eine Suche nach diesem Begriff gespart und mich auf 'roca efusiva' konzentriert:
