In einem Untersuchungsbericht, in dem unterlassene Prüfungen aufgedeckt werden:

La Entidad entiende que, asumiendo la obligación de someter a control y auditoría estas medidas, no se hubieran efectuado basándose en decisiones intencionadas motivadas por **intereses creados**.

Intereses creados = erworbene Ansprüche. Hier aber scheint es mir um anstößige Interessen zu gehen, so als ob Prüfungen aus "gewissen" Interessen unterlassen wurden.
Kann das jemand bestätigen und trefflicher formulieren?

Explanation:
curioso, la expresión es común en castellano, y hasta es el nombre de una obra de teatro famosa, pero no se me ocurre ningún equivalente. Me parece que erworbene Ansprüche no cuadra, mira el DRAE:

"intereses creados.1. m. pl. Ventajas, no siempre legítimas, de que gozan varios individuos, y por efecto de las cuales se establece entre ellos alguna solidaridad circunstancial que puede oponerse a alguna obra de justicia o de mejoramiento social. (U. t. en sent. peyor.)"

En inglés la obra de teatro está traducida como "The Bonds of Interest", esa es la idea. No es un término técnico jurídico ni económico, se refiere siempre a algo anstössig, sí, intereses no muy legítimos que ya están consolidados de antes.

Der typische Fall, wo die Punkte geteilt werden müssten. Dieser Vorschlag passt m.E. einen Tick besser noch als "Eigeninteressen" in diesem Kontext.
