Considerando:
Que el señor ... presentó ante esta Dirección General, solicitud de licencia para la importación de municiones ..., contenidas en los formularios ... cumpliendo todos los requisitos que exige la Ley ..., por lo que es procedente resolver favorablemente la misma.

Geht es darum, dass der Herr selbst vor der Generaldirektion vorstellig wurde oder dass er das Dokument (solicitud de licencia ...) vorgelegt hat?
Bei ersterem fehlt mir dann ein zweites Verb für das, was mit dieser "solicitud" passieren soll, bei zweiterem stört mich das Komma nach "Dirección General" - vielleicht nur ein Versehen?
