MEINE VERSION: ...ich, der Notar, erhalte Informationen vom entsprechenden Grundbuchamt mittels eines ...... Grundbuchauszugs (de información continuada - kann es sich um Grundbuchvormerkung handeln?), der mir per Telefax übermittelt wurde.

ERKLÄRUNG ¿En qué se diferencia esta nota de la que podría obtener Vd. mismo el mismo día de la firma de la escritura? En que es una NOTA DE INFORMACIÓN CONTINUADA: durante diez días a contar desde la remisión por fax a la notaría de la nota en cuestión, el registrador debe informar -también por fax- inmediatamente al notario solicitante de cualquier novedad que se haya producido respecto de esa finca, como podría ser la llegada al Registro de una solicitud de embargo de la misma o la presentación de una escritura de compraventa otorgada por el mismo vendedor en favor de otra persona o la solicitud de otra nota con igual carácter desde otra notaria y sobre la misma finca.
