handelsrechtlicher Kommissionvertrag Explanation: Hallo! Solange du nicht mehr Kontext angibst, ist "contrato de comisión" mit "Kommissionvertrag" zu übersetzen. Dafür gibt es viele Belege bei Google. "Mercantil" wäre "handelsrechtlich". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 21 mins (2014-10-29 18:08:00 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Meiner Ansicht nach ist das "mercantil" bzw. "handelsrechtlich" sowieso eindeutig, da nur Handelsleute einen solchen Vertrag abschließen können. Deshalb wird wahrscheinlich meist nur von "Kommissionsvertrag" und nicht von "handelsrechtlichem Kommissionsvertrag" gesprochen. Wie gesagt, gilt meine Antwort, solange du nicht mehr Kontext angibst. Am besten lässt sich der Titel bzw. die Überschrift eines Vertrags übersetzen, wenn man den Vertragsinhalt kennt ;) |

Handelsvertretervertrag Explanation: Im Prinzip ist das das Gleiche, wie das, was Kathrina vorgeschlagen hat. Handelsvertreter arbeiten normalerweise auf PROVISIONSbasis (nicht Kommission - bedeutungsgleich, aber im Dt. nicht verwendet). |
