gilt anstelle des Steuerpflichtigen als Steuerschuldner Explanation: Der Satz lautet also in etwa so: "Ich belehre die Unterzeichnenden darüber, dass, falls der Steuerpflichtige eine natürliche, nicht in Spanien residente Person ist, der Erwerber anstelle des Steuerpflichtigen gemäß Artikel 106.2 ... als Steuerschuldner behandelt/angesehen wird [werden kann wäre zutreffender, auch wenn es so nicht dasteht]." Vielleicht hilft Dir das weiter. Es geht einfach nur darum, daß - falls der Veräußerer kein Resident in Spanien ist - der Erwerber "ersatzweise" für die Steuerschuld des Veräußerers haftet. |
