s. u. Explanation: ..."in deren Eigentum der Verkäufer in irgend einer Weise steht oder diesen in irgendeiner Weise beherrschen oder kontrollieren ..." Das mein Ü-vorschlag. Es hoffe, das hilft dir weiter. Statt beherrschen könnte man auch "leiten/lenken" sagen, mir scheint jedoch "beherrschen" prägnanter. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 hrs (2016-03-15 08:04:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Man könnte auch poseer mit beherrschen und dirigir mit lenken übersetzen. Dann würde es lauten: "... die in irgend einer Form den Verkäufer beherrschen, lenken oder kontrollieren ..." Aber vielleicht würde damit die Bedeutung von poseer doch ein wenig überdehnt. Aber sprachlich wäre es besser. |
