Für den Term „Responsabilidad Civil de Patronal“ habe ich die Entsprechung „Unternehmerhaftplicht“ recherchiert.

Die deutsche Entsprechung für den Term „Responsabilidad Civil de Explotación“ müsste meiner Meinung nach „Betriebshaftpflicht“ lauten; sicher bin ich mir jedoch nicht.

Du liegst wohl richtig :) Ich habe über beide Versicherungen auf Deutsch und Spanish gelesen und sie bedecken (fast aber nicht ganz) die gleichen Schadenersatzansprüche. Ich habe ein paar Webseiten beigefügt, wo man sich über Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung und seguro de responsabilidad civil de explotación informieren kann. Ich hoffe, es kann dir helfen!
