Ich habe Probleme mit der Wendung "haya de merecer" in folgendem Satz eine Scheidungsurteils:
Los cónyuges se obligan a dar cumplimiento a los términos de este acuerdo desde la fecha de la firma del mismo y todo ello con independencia y sin perjuicio de la aporbación judicial que en su caso, ***haya de merecer***.

Meine Ü:
Die Eheleute verpflichten sich, den Wortlauten dieser Vereinbarung ab dem Tag der Unterzeichnung selbiger zu entsprechen und all dies unabhängig und unbeschadet von der gerichtlichen Bestätigung, die gegebenenfalls ihre Wirkung entfalten soll. ???

Explanation:
Ich würde schreiben:" ... und unbeschadet von der auszusprechenden gerichtlichen Bestätigung".

Mit Verlaub zwei Korrekturen: Anstatt "Wortlauten" besser "Bestimmungen" schreiben und anstatt "selbiger" besser "ihrer Unterzeichnung".
