D.h. der Anwalt meldet sich mit diesem Schreiben also zum (auf Antrag von xx gegen yy geführte) Verfahren Nr. 123 etc..., um in der von Rechts wegen angemessenen Form zu sagen: Hoffe es hilft dir.
