Es handelt sich um die Beglaubigung eines Eintrags in ein Handelsregister. Ich weiß, schon wieder dieselbe Stelle, aber ich sitze total auf der Leitung! Ich bin echt froh über einen guten Tipp. Diesmal heißt der "Patient" *Diligenciado el Cierre del Diario*. Ich suche eine schöne deutsche Formulierung.

Y no existiendo en el Libro Diario Asiento alguno vigente y pendiente de despacho que al la misma refiera firmo la presidente extendida en dos hojas de papel común con membrete de esta Oficina, debidamente selladas con el de este Registro en xxx el (fecha), una vez *Diligenciado el Cierre del Diario*
