Bei der Übersetzung eines Handelsregister-Auszuges von Spanien ins Deutsche (für die Schweiz) habe ich Probleme mit der Übersetzung von "Certificación de cargo". Laut Recherchen gibt es drei Arten von Zertifizierungen:

Puede solicitar tres tipos de certificaciones:
Certificación de vigencia y cargo: Se trata de una certificación de la vigencia de una sociedad así como de todos los representantes sociales vigentes.
Certificación de cargo: Es la certificación de la vigencia de una sociedad y de un representante concreto en dicha sociedad
Certificación para la emisión de Certificados Electrónicos de Representante de Persona Jurídica.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was die entsprechende deutsche Übersetzung (wenn möglich für die Schweiz) für "Certificación de cargo" ist?
