Pfanne / Bottich Explanation: Also, man unterscheidet beim Maischen zwischen Gerstenmaische und Rohfruchtmaische, letztere kann Mais, Reis etc. sein. Die Gerste wird im Maischbottich gemaischt, all das "andere Zeugs" in der Maisch(bottich)pfanne oder Rohfruchtpfanne. Es gibt für beide Gefäße eine Unzahl an Begriffen, da sagt jede Brauerei anders. Ich habe es immer wie oben gehandhabt. Wobei ich Rohfruchtpfanne bevorzugen würde, um nichts durcheinander zu bringen. "Reispfanne" sagt man eher nicht, jedenfalls nicht in der Brauerei.... ;-) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 Tag58 Min.
