captar una fuente

Explanation:
"Captación de una/la fuente" es la expresión normal (por ej. http://www.ecologistasenaccion.org/article27609.html).

También he visto "captación de un manantial" (http://iate.europa.eu: Quellenfassung).
Usaría "fuente" si en el texte se refieren al sitio donde el agua sale del suelo y manantial si el agua ya ha recorrido un tramo antes del punto de captación.

La captacion de una fuente de manantial se puede techar por encima con losas de concreto y enterrarla luego, para proteccion
Los desarenadores son estructuras hidráulicas que tienen como función remover las partículas de cierto tamaño que la captación de una fuente superficial permite pasar
