in einem Arztbericht lautet es: hernia de hiato y gastritis crónica astral
Die Frage ist, ob es sich hier um einen Tippfehler handelt und eigentlich antral lauten sollte oder ob es tatsächlich eine astrale Gastritis (es ist der einzige Hinweis auf Gastritis in dem Arztbericht) gibt.
In einem Übersetzer-Forum habe ich folgendes gefunden: hay un tipo de biopsia que se hace recogiendo muestras "oxínticas o astrales", siendo usadas ambas palabras como sinónimos, las glándulas oxínticas son glándulas secretoras del fundus (o fondo) del estómago.
En cuyo caso el término ASTRAL sería correcto.
Weiß jemand etwas näheres dazu, und wie müsste das dann im Deutschen lauten.

Ich übersetze einige med. Texte auch ins Norwegische, verwende dazu Gyldendals Store Med. Ordbok. In der Medizin ist es eigentlich fast egal welches Wörterbuch du verwendest, da alles in der Medizin fast einheitlich auf Latein basiert.
"Astrum" lat.-gr. wäre der Stern.
