Asker: Grazie Cristina, potrebbe essere una soluzione, in realtà si tratta di un salario lordo che viene fissato dal giudice in sede processuale, in cui vanno incluse voci anche diverse dalla remunerazione, e serve per calcolare l'indennità dovuta in caso il giudice riconosca che si è avuto un licenziamento per giusta causa.
