Già che ci sono chiedo anche Sujetos control, che secondo me si compara a Grupos control. Sei sicuro che sia Gruppi di controllo e Soggetti di controllo? (si parla di pazienti)

Un almohadón è un cuscino grande da ospedale, tipo "capezzale" ma un'altro termine è "guancialone"... definitivamente non si tratta di federe (che non hanno un nome esatto in spagnolo e si chiamano "fundas de almohada").

Buona fortuna...spero di non essere arrivato troppo tardi!
