Spit Explanation: si tratta di "chiodi" provvisti di occhiello da inserire nella parete, e che servono per assicurare la corda tramite moschettoni durante l´arrampicata. Su alcune pareti (specialmente in zone protette) non ne è permesso l´utilizzo perché rovinano la roccia.
