Swedish term or phrase: lucka
The context is the cab of a truck. References:

* Spricka i överkant frontlucka.

Explanation:
It seems to have something to do with tipping the cab and that the "hytthörnan" is inside it. Scania's British website has lots of specification sheets, so there could be something useful there.

"Vid tippning av hytten
Ha inte lösa föremål i hytten.
Lägg i parkeringsbromsen.
Lägg växelspaken i neutralläge.
Stanna motorn.
Öppna övre frontluckan.
Fäll ut hytthörnen.
Stäng dörrarna.
Vrid hyttippumpen till läge för upptippning.
Pumpa alltid upp hytten hela vägen. "

Explanation:
I have difficulty picturing what this looks like so I'm guessing a bit. Is this refering to the footholds the drivers use to climb up inte the cabin? My suggestion is "aperture", but like I said I'm guessing a bit! Hope it helps!

cover

Explanation:
There are of course several translations of 'lucka', eg, hatch, door, shutter; and on to aperture, opening, etc, but cover seems appropriate here.
