As long as we are speculating .... I must ask what kind of document this is, with this, call it, shorthand. Are there other types of 'order' used as well?

I found this for the interesting reference to Garp (not, as it were, 'The World According to ...)
http://www.garp.se/nywebb/garp/losningar/teknik/gem.htm. This term seems more likely in the ERP context here.

Well technically maybe your looking for 'purchasing order' or the like, but I presumed ...
