Swedish term or phrase: slakarmering
I samband med att golvet nu byts ut köpte totalentreprenören dimensioneringen av den nya kombinationsarmerade plattan, d.v.s. stålfiberarmering i kombination med slakarmering, av stålfiberleverantören.

I've only found references to armouring/reinforcement, but no reference to the "slak" portion.

post-tensioning
Explanation:
Literally "slack reinforcement", a term that's also sometimes used. This is in contrast to pre-stressed reinforcement, in which the reinforcement is put under tension before the surrounding structure is cast.

Notes to answerer
Asker: I just got this from Gullbergs engelska fackordbok on ord.se: slakarmerad betong = non-tensioned reinforced concrete https://ne.ord.se/ordbok/svenska/en-gul-fac/s%C3%B6k/slakarmerad What do you think? It seems a bit different to what's on Wikipedia.
