(parquet) pieces Explanation: Your source refers to "industriparkett", and a googling for the English equivalent yielded a description that is almost identical to yours - using the term I suggest. Have a look here: https://www.ukwoodfloors.co.uk/wood-flooring/parquet-block-f... |

blocks Explanation: These guys (https://naturalwoodfloor.co.uk/parquet-flooring/ ) use 'parquet blocks' and 'thin alternating strips' Get a lot of hits for "parquet flooring" + "blocks" But there are other usages, too -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 days (2019-04-11 12:46:07 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- No need to apologize, I did say (or meant to say) there is a certain variation in what these 'thingies' are called out there in the world... as with many other terms. And kudoz does force you to choose only one. Thanks for this time, no probs for (any) other times!! :-) |
