It is based on the fact that the Swedish word "Fragga"= foam and I gues it has something to do with "Fragga"

disagree  Mårten Sandberg: No such word. I assume you mean "fradga" which is the most resemblant but would be extremely far fetched, since fradga is what e.g. thirsty camels or angry dogs have around the mouth.
