Several google hits given for both "pore air" in relevant contexts (soil testing) and the more specific "soil pore air". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2009-05-18 18:58:46 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Didn't find much background on soil pores as such, but here is one statement I found: "Soil particles pack loosely, forming a soil structure filled with pore spaces.
