Not "landscape picture."

In the context of how the erection of wind parks change the "landskapsbilden."

"Skyline" wouldn't work here, even if that might be accurate, and skyline is one possible translation for "landskapsbild." "Countryside" is another possibility, but that isn't exactly what is meant. And the use of "landscape" alone doesn't sound right to an English-speaking ear (as it sounds more like what is done around a house).

I suppose I could translate it as "landscape features."

It would depend on the overall tone of the text and the precise usage of the term, but "face/appearance of the landscape" may be appropriate. "Landscape character" is clearly an established term, as Deane's link in particular demonstrates, but the "bild" part suggests to me overall appearance or visual character.

A suggestion. The average person might think of yardwork when they hear the word landscape, but in the geographic context, landscape describes a geographic unit and would not sound out of place. Depending on the context, an extra descriptive word might be appropriate, i.e. natural landscape or urban landscape.

Topography


Explanation:
Purely in the interest of having a viable alternative
Landscape is perhaps more 'emotional' while Topography would be more 'scientific' sounding
'landscape' does sound ok to my English ear as it includes the idea expressed and not just the garden
