They cause shadows. And the shadows move as the sun moves.

But to call this a "moving shadow" sounds more like a rock band than a scientific or legal term would have it sound.

A "silhouette" might be accurate, but not in this context.

So what might an environmental court call the "rörlig skuggbildning" caused by a wind turbine?
