Swedish term or phrase: I and L

I'm translating a business document from Swedish into English, in which several job titles are mentioned, and I'm having a hard time figuring out what the acronyms stand for. Also mentioned in the text are PC, PA, and QC, but I have not clue as to what I and L might stand for? Grateful for any suggestions!

Explanation:
Why guess, contact the customer and have them explain. Co-operation! Plus, that a document is understandable for the translator, is elementary. We cannot translate what we cannot understand.
