Reference information:
So far it seems to be only a hypothetical possibility, at least according to the source I found online. Anders Pehrsson comments on this in his _Strategy in emerging markets: telecommunications establishments in Europe_. On p. 190, he states his view that the benefits from competition could become more widespread if Telia were split up into a network company and a marketing company. Just one disclaimer: This source is dated since the book came out in 2001, and Telia's setup may have changed since then.
