carry on carrying on Explanation: It is a suggestion of course. But as you say the Swedish expression is very colloquial - two rhyming lines with the stress on the "på" and the "hå", so the rhytm is as of keeping going - literally it might be "struggle on, ohoy and ohoy", but have a look at this poem for my suggested expression: http://www.yourdailypoem.com/listpoem.jsp?poem_id=345 |
