Does this mean that the prices are guaranteed to remain constant for a period of least 24 months?

If so, how is "framåt" functioning in this sentence?

The first suggestion is contract speak/the second is marketing speak. 'Framåt' says nothing in this sentence. Both lawyers and marketing types in Sweden can be as poor with their language as English speakers.
