Swedish term or phrase: rätt till det aktuella avtalet
From a legal document about a contract dispute:

"Hon har tagit emot den hävning som [Y] har gjort. Hennes uppfattning är att hon har haft rätt till det aktuella avtalet."

Some background: the "avtal" in question involved splitting the lease on a market stall 50-50 between person [Y] and the person called "hon" here, but the agreement was terminated. "Hon" is accused of continuing to occupy the premises and operate her business there long after the termination.

With this in mind, how would you translate "rätt till det aktuella avtalet"?

Thanks

(Also, is it better to translate "ta emot" as "received" here? Translating it as "accept" seems out of step with the context.)

the right to the lease in question

Explanation:
I think it means that she believed she had a right to the lease/contract, and by extension the right to occupy the stall. I feel it's somewhat clumsily formulated, or maybe it's just legalese.
And yes, she has RECEIVED the termination from [Y].

rights under the current contract

Explanation:
Another possibility. The term "aktuella" strongly implies that "hon" believes she has rights under the _current_ contract, as opposed to previous rights that have expired because of a termination clause. Thus, when doing the translation, one should emphasize what she considers to be her current -- as opposed to previously existing but now expired -- right to continue occupying the property in question for the purpose of running her business.
