I've seen villkor and bestämmelser, but never together like this.
Does anyone know what is meant by this or how to express it in English, please?

agree  Madeleine MacRae Klintebo: Has this originally been translated EN-SV? That might be a reason why an over ambitious translator has added the unnecessary "bestämmelser". "Terms and conditions" are generally only "villkor" in Swedish.
