I beg your indulgence in this one. It is a whole sentence I just cannot get my head around. There seems either to be too many or too few words. I appreciate your help.

"Vad avser tvist angående fordran i anledning av detta Avtal uppgående till högst 100.00 SEK skall dock sådan tvist handläggas vid allmän domstol med Stockholms tingsrätt som första instans."

With regard to disputes arising from the requirements of this Contract amounting to SEK 100 00 or less, these disputes shall be settled in the ordinary court, in the first instance at Stockholm City Court.

A simpler version is:

Any disputes arising over the terms of this Contract and not amounting to more than SEK 100,000 shall be settled in the ordinary court, in the first instance at Stockholm City Court.

You can probably polish it further to match the rest of what you have written.

Check the amount too - surely nobody would go to court for the amount as written??
SEK 10 000 looks more likely
