'pure construction' contract Explanation: I have 'pure construction' contract in one of my old glossaries, which does seem to support the idea that this is a construction-only contract - i.e. not including anything else. |

Build-only contract/construct-only contract Explanation: Totalentreprenad is referred to as a "design-and-build contract" or a "design&build contract" ie the contractor designs the construction and builds it as well. In an utförandeentreprenad, the contractor is only responsible for the construction phase. Both "build-only contract" and "construct-only contract" are valid solutions. Example sentence(s):
