disagree  Sven Petersson: A "claim" may be done as a result of a "skada" that occured at a "skadetillfälle", but the *skadetillfälle" remains a "skadetillfälle" even when no claim is made!

  -> True, but we already have 'skador' in the sentence. Also, we're not translating the word in a vacuum, but in the context of this sentence. :-)
